COURT OPINIONS Morley v. CIA, No. 06-5382 (D.C. Cir. Dec. 7, 2007). A journalist met his burden that his FOIA request for documents pertaining to a deceased CIA officer fell within an exception to the Central Intelligence Agency Information Act of 1984 (“CIA Act”), 50 U.S.C. § 431(c)(3). Additionally, its release of records pursuant to the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 (“JFK Act”), 44 U.S.C. § 2107, does not relieve the CIA of its obligations under the FOIA. [ BRIEF ] |
