Do you have a family dispute to settle, and would like to settle it outside of a court setting, in a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, and without the added financial and emotional expenses? If so, I can help.

Hashing things out in court takes a lot of time (sometimes months or even years), money (at least $150 per hour per attorney), and emotional resources for issues that could be worked out to the mutual satisfaction of both parties through mediation in a matter of a few hours, and with a lot less stress financially and emotionally.

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process that is becoming widely accepted in the legal community and the courts (or it is sometimes mandated by the court), and the process is rather simple. We meet either electronically or in person, the parties work out an agreement with me not acting as judge or jury, but rather as a compassionate and rational mediator helping both parties keep the relevant issues in perspective, and the parties either follow that agreement or present it to the court of jurisdiction. Either way, it becomes a binding contract that both (or all) parties must abide by.
